It is obtained by the reaction of lithium carbonate and acetic acid. Take 740g of lithium carbonate, add 1L of water, and slowly add about 1200g of 98% acetic acid under heating and constant stirring. This reaction emits a large amount of carbon dioxide, grasp the rate of acid addition, and prevent the solution from overflowing. When almost no carbon dioxide escapes, add 50-100ml of acetic acid and boil for 20min. Filtration, the filtrate evaporates to a saturated state and then cools to room temperature, filters out crystals, and dries at low temperature to obtain lithium acetate.
